Nach einer 15-jährigen Karriere im operativen Sales & Marketing habe ich die Gelegenheit ergriffen, mich einer neuen Herausforderung im globalen Marketing zu stellen, bei der ich erstmals mit dem Thema Pricing Excellence in Berührung kam. Parallel dazu begann ich, meine Kollegen weltweit in ausgewählten Bereichen des Marketings zu schulen.
Nachdem ich mich später auf Pricing spezialisiert hatte, entwickelte ich ein umfassendes Trainings- und Coaching-Programm, das in den folgenden Jahren erfolgreich in allen Regionen umgesetzt wurde. Es hat mich gefreut zu sehen, wie diese Initiative zum Erfolg des Unternehmens beigetragen hat und wie die Bedeutung von Pricing Excellence in unserer Geschäftsstrategie anerkannt wurde.
